Live picture of everything in motion — the two tours, the special, content, product and commercial. One place to see where we're at and what's next.
Two tours running in parallel — Good To Be Here across the UK & Ireland in January 2027, and the Canada run now locked for late Sept → early Oct 2026 (Ottawa tickets already on sale). Separately, Hometown — Sean's already-recorded special — is going up for online sale, with reels + audio product coming off it, plus corporate and brand work ticking. The pitch pack is live and outreach is out — first venue replies are landing.
Good To Be Here · Jan 2027. Pack live, warm venues contacted — The Stand has come back with January availability; holding the reply until Leicester Square offers, to route without clashes.
4 shows, 29 Sep → 2 Oct 2026: Ottawa ×2 (tickets live), Toronto, Sudbury gala. Support from Wafik Nasralla. Poster + Toronto agreement in hand.
The already-recorded special we're putting online — separate from the live tour. Awaiting a music/credits change, then digital sale (+ reels, audio, SiriusXM).
January 2027 · UK & Ireland. A focused co-promote run. Pitch pack is live and being sent to warm rooms; we anchor confirmed dates then route the rest of the country around them.
Hosted EPK + pitch — reach, press, the run, one-pager. Linked in every outreach email.
Touring show — Good To Be Here. The special (separate) — Hometown.

| The Stand Edinburgh · Glasgow · Newcastle | Eva Mackay (books w/ Tammie) | Holding reply | Sent Jan 2027 avails across all three rooms — see Date Offers below. JR acknowledged + told Eva dates to follow; holding the pick until LST offers so the two anchor rooms don't clash. |
| Leicester Square Theatre London flagship | Johanna Rigg | Sent | Reconnect + Jan 2027 avails requested; preferential rental-against-split on file. Awaiting reply — this is the gate: we want LST's offer first, then lock Stand around it and route the run up through the UK. |
| Others (Glee · Comedy Store · regionals) | — | Queued | Drafted to fire once anchor dates land, so we route around confirmed rooms. |

Days verified against the 2027 calendar. Strongest weekends (all three rooms open both days): 2–3, 9–10, 16–17, 23–24 Jan. Saturdays are matinee-only; the only weekend evening on offer is Sunday 8pm; no Fridays. JR to pick with Sean → back to Eva to hold.
The Stand covers the weekend afternoons, Sunday evenings and midweek 8pms across the three cities. The gap is Fridays (and Saturday nights) — we fill those with non-Stand rooms. Frog & Bucket, Manchester is the natural Friday in the north, so a clean south→north cluster falls out — worked example around the mid-Jan strong weekend:
| Day | City | Venue | Slot |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fri 15 Jan | Manchester | Frog & Bucket * | Evening — fills the Stand Friday gap |
| Sat 16 Jan | Newcastle | The Stand | 4–6pm matinee |
| Sun 17 Jan | Glasgow | The Stand | 4–6pm or 8pm |
| Tue 19 Jan | Edinburgh | The Stand | 8pm |
One clean line up the country (Mon 18 = travel/rest). * Frog & Bucket's Fri/Sat are usually their own club bills, so a Friday there is a programmed headline slot to ask for, not a straight hire — if it can't land, we drop in an alternative northern Friday room. All draft, nothing contacted. How many shows and how tightly they run is Sean's call — JR's checking his stamina and preferences first; we shape the density and the routing around that, then lock the weekend and build the South / Midlands / Ireland legs off it.
Running target list as we scout each region — contacts mined, nothing approached yet (all first-contact is JR's).
The Stand — Edinburgh · Glasgow · Newcastle. Jan avails in (grid above). Eva Mackay.
Filled out once the anchor weekend + Sean's show count are set — routed around the confirmed rooms.
Locked — 29 Sept → 2 Oct 2026. Sean confirmed the run direct (3–5 Jul): four shows across Ontario, self-booked into his home rooms, with support from Wafik Nasralla. Ottawa tickets are already on sale. Delhi (Capitol 33) was dropped in favour of a second Ottawa night. Everything below is Sean's own booking — our job now is the poster, the paperwork and pushing tickets.

Sean wants the Good To Be Here tour poster updated with the final dates — Ottawa 7pm shows 29 + 30 Sept, then Toronto 1 Oct, Sudbury 2 Oct. His current artwork + the Ottawa ticket link are in hand.
Sean forwarded the Yuk Yuk's Toronto (Oct 1) performance agreement — "can u sign this and send it back." Blank PDF in hand. Albert is reviewing it for risk + the signatory question; JR to discuss with Sean directly. No signature until the risk pass is back (CEO sole signer).
Wafik Nasralla supporting across the run — credit him on the poster + any listings.
Sean's booking these himself and moving fast — Ottawa is ~12 weeks out with tickets already selling. Our value-add is a clean poster, the Toronto paperwork checked, and ticket-link chasing as the rest come online.
This is the show we're releasing online — Sean's already-recorded 1-hour special, separate from the live Good To Be Here tour. It's done bar an intro/outro music + credits change (JR's on it); then it goes on sale via Sean's website and becomes the engine for reels, audio and the SiriusXM pitch.
Already recorded & complete — awaiting a music + credits change, then live for online sale.
Sale page on Sean's website (behind the music change) — Cooper build + Reed commerce.
Cut-downs via the reel engine to drive the special + tour ticket demand.
Audio release off the special — a second revenue line from the same asset.
Pitch the special to the SiriusXM contact (Maggie + Melissa) — gated on the music/credits lock.
The recurring model — film the shows, post consistently, turn the catalogue into product. Sean's ~1.15M reach makes this the flywheel behind ticket demand.
In-house reel engine cuts headline sets into social + advertising clips. Sean's already set up in the pipeline.
FB 920K · IG 150K · TikTok 81.8K · YouTube. Consistent posting = the digital income model.
Special → audio product; scope further audio from the wider catalogue.
Corporate shows in the £6–10k range (e.g. NHBC) — clean-to-mid material that lands in a corporate room. Steady, repeatable income.
Inbound collab/sponsor offers arrive regularly. Building the triage flow (Reed prices, Maggie processes) so real ones convert and off-brand ones get a fast no.
Standing rule — verbal verification before any money conversation on inbound offers.
